No. Every bag, label, packing slip, order email, and tracking page carries only your brand. We stay completely invisible to your buyers — same as everything else we do.
Do I have to enter orders manually?+
Never. That’s the whole point. Orders placed on your Shopify store flow straight to us automatically, and tracking flows straight back. No re-typing, no missed orders.
What about shipping costs at checkout?+
Your customers see live, accurate rates so you’re not guessing or eating the cost. Live carrier rates need a Shopify plan that supports them (Advanced and up, or added to your plan) — if you’re on a smaller plan, we’ll set simple flat rates so you’re still fully covered. We’ll help you pick the right setup when you connect.
